Featuring four target modes (Normal, First, Last, and ELR) and two ranging modes (HCD and LOS), the Viper HD 3000 offers the flexibility to range any shot on any hunt, making it a perfect companion for both the tree stand and the mountain terrain.

Modes and Features Explained

Normal Mode: The standard mode, providing the target's range with the strongest result. Recommended for most situations.

First Mode: Displays the closest distance when ranging, ideal for targeting smaller objects in front of larger, more reflective ones.

Last Mode: Displays the farthest distance when ranging, perfect for targeting a specific object behind a group of obstacles like brush, trees, or rocks.

Extended Laser Range (ELR) Mode: Allows for ranging smaller, less reflective targets at extended distances. Use a tripod for best results.

Adjust and Customize

Adjust the eyecup to accommodate use with or without eyeglasses. Focus the image by turning the diopter until it's sharp.

Change modes by pressing and holding the "Menu" button, then scrolling through the options and selecting with the "Measure" button.

For increased ranging precision on small targets, use a tripod. Keep in mind the reticle may appear tilted depending on the tripod's level.
